We were among the first firms to introduce electronic payment options to our clients, shareholders and unit owners for the payment of monthly maintenance, rent and common charges. Many of our residents enjoy ACH Direct Debit, credit card payments and e-statements, eliminating check writing and increasing on time payments. We also created a proprietary, copyrighted system for our Compliance Department to ensure timely payments of real estate taxes, mortgages, etc., and to facilitate the retrieval of important documents and data. Greenthal offers seminars for managing agents, superintendents and other building staff members. Subjects include new laws and requirements, building security, how the door staff can better service residents and other practical topics.
