A seasoned real estate veteran with extensive computer and accounting experience in the residential real estate industry, Mr. Waldes supervises the preparation of budgets, monthly financial reports, and investment status for each of Greenthal's client buildings. His superior staff of financial analysts, budget preparers, and bank reconciliation specialists work closely with building treasurers, auditors, and accountants. He regularly reviews building finances and ensures that properties are operating within their budgetary parameters and makes recommendations to client boards for cost savings and operating efficiencies.
