Timothy J. Fine, Executive Vice President, has been a real estate professional for over 25 years.

Mr. Fine has supervised and monitored real estate management activities for over 20,000 dwelling units. His responsibilities have included direct property management, liaison with cooperative/condominium Homeowners associations, and the administration of portfolio insurance/risk management solutions.

As a residential property Management Specialist, Mr. Fine has maintained management responsibility for a select portfolio of 75 cooperative and condominium properties. Responsibilities include budget preparation and analysis, assisting Board of Directors in the administration of financial and operations issues and supervision of capital improvements. Mr. Fine has also assisted the company and its clients with human resources issues, including both union and non-union arbitration.

As an Owners Representative, Mr. Fine has been responsible for landlord/tenant relations, lease renewals, and new leases for over 500,000 square feet of commercial property. He has also directed negotiations for the disposition of $45,000,000 in commercial property and residential apartment sales.
