Meryl Sacks began her career in Real Estate in 1987 working at MJ Raynes during the highlight of the coop and condominium conversion craze in New York City. Meryl Sacks has been directly in charge of ten upper eastside luxury properties for the past 15 years and has hands on knowledge of every aspect of building management. Ms. Sacks has met numerous challenges over the years within her properties. In March of 2004 Ms. Sacks was promoted to managing director where she continues to manage properties, train and supervise junior property managers and troubleshoot problems and special projects within the Greenthal portfolio.
