Martin Astrof joined the Charles H. Greenthal Group in 1981, and in 1982 was appointed Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for Greenthal's Financial and Accounting Department, Human Resources, Corporate Risk Management and educational programs. His 30 years of real estate experience with residential housing includes the financial management of rentals, cooperative and condominium apartments, supervision of HUD housing, shopping centers, country clubs, industrial parks and office buildings.

Martin Astrof has a BA from Pace College, an MBA from St. John's University and continuing education certification in information technology, real estate taxation and finance, human resources and, most recently, Internet marketing.
