Frank Dragotti is the Director of Budgeting and Financial Planning at Charles H. Greenthal Management Corp. He has worked in the real estate industry since 1986 and graduated from Bernard M. Baruch College, CUNY, with a BBA in Accounting.

Nearly two decades of financial experience in the real estate industry has prepared Mr. Dragotti to operate as a liaison between senior management, board members, bank representatives, and auditors. Currently Mr. Dragotti is responsible for preparing 100 operating and capital budgets for co-ops and condos under Greenthal management. Other responsibilities include preparing cash flow projections for the Board of Directors and creating, analyzing, and reviewing monthly variance reports for board members.

Mr. Dragotti's extensive financial background includes the preparation of budgets for small and large corporations ranging in size from $250,000 to $20,000,000. In order to reduce operating expenses, he has worked with senior management to monitor daily oil prices and to lock in fix rate contracts. He has also implemented special allocation worksheets to properly distribute expenses within a condo.
