ANNE TESHIMA, Vice President
Anne Teshima recently joined Greenthal as a Vice President, bringing thirty years of extensive and varied real estate experience and expertise. Ms. Teshima is a Certified General Appraiser and holds a New York State Real Estate Broker's License. She is a Member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Inc. and a Past President of the Association of Real Estate Women. In the past Anne was one of REAL ESTATE WEEKLY'S 100 "Women Real Estate Leaders for the 21st Century".
In her career prior to joining Greenthal Anne has analyzed potential sales and acquisitions, advised owners on structuring debt and equity and refinanced mortgages. She has planned and executed the conversion from rental to cooperative and condominium status of a vast amount of buildings, including pricing, preparation of offering plans for submission to the Department of Law, managing building-wide renovations, sales and closings.
Anne holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers University and a B.A. from Douglass College where her major was English.
