LOCAL UNION 32BJ TRAINING PROGRAM
The union for building employees (Local 32BJ) offers free training for eligible members. They offer courses, seminars, and diploma programs through The Thomas Shortman Training Program. This program is supported by contributions to the fund negotiated between Local 32BJ and contributing employers and provides training to participants at no cost.
Their mission is to train participants, skilled or unskilled so that they can move to the next level and, at the same time, raise industry standards.
